Driving lessons are agreed between you and your instructor, regarding timing, location and duration of individual lessons.

Full payment for lesson, is due by 5pm, 5 days prior to the date of the lesson.

​If payments are made beyond the 5pm deadline 5 days before your lesson, there will be a £5 late booking fee incurred which will be required to be paid alongside the lesson booking fee.

If payments aren't made on time, the lesson will be automatically offered to the waiting list and your name placed back on the waiting list until a new day or time slot becomes available.

Cancellations; 48 hours notice must be given, if less than 48 hours then the driving lesson fee must be paid.

If you suspend driving lessons during a prepaid block booking for 20 weeks or more than any outstanding amount will be forfeit including test fees.

If a lesson or test is cancelled or terminated due to weather or mechanical or electrical failure then the instructor cannot be held responsible.

Test fees are payable to the Driving Standards Agency. The lessons before your test and the use of the car for your test is payable to the instructor.

Road safety; We reserve the right to withdraw our car for the driving test should the pupil prove not to be test standard.
